Directions

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 lb double-smoked bacon
  • 3 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes in Italian seasoning and olive oil
  • 1/4 lb Asiago Fresca
  • 3 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mac and cheese (leftover macaroni)
  • 3 oz unsalted butter
  • 3 slices of organic white bread
  • Cheddar sprinkle cheese
Instructions:
  1. Take one piece of bread, slather in unsalted butter, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and fry on both sides in pan until golden brown. This is the "golden nugget"

  1. Remove this slice from pan and reserve until later
  2. Roughly slice the 3 tbsp of sun-dried tomatoes
  3. Spread a generous portion of the Philadelphia cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes onto the second slice of bread
  4. Place this slice of bread into the pan, and lay half the slices of Asiago Fresca cheese on top of it
  5. Add the reserved "golden nugget" here
  6. Put the bacon on top of the "golden nugget" - as many slices as desired
  7. Spread the leftover macaroni and cheese on top of the bacon, and lay the remaining slices of Asiago Fresca here
  8. Top with the last slice of bread
  9. Grill until golden brown (approximately 15-20 minutes)
  10. Serve and enjoy!
